Refund policy

Digital goods

Because digital products can be downloaded and kept immediately, sales are final once a product has been downloaded, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.

If something is wrong with a file

If a file will not open, is incomplete or is not the product described, email contact@dittonadvisory.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details. We will send a corrected file, and if we cannot fix the problem we will refund you.

Duplicate purchases

If you bought the same product twice by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are processed through the platform you bought from — Gumroad for digital products — to your original payment method. Kindle and paperback purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own return and refund policies.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
