Digital product licence

This licence applies to digital products published by Ditton Advisory, including RACM libraries, workbooks, templates and books in digital form. By downloading or using a product you accept it. Ditton Advisory keeps all ownership and intellectual property rights in the products; you receive a licence to use them, not ownership.

Single-entity licence

RACM libraries, workbooks and templates are licensed to the single legal entity that purchased them, together with its wholly owned subsidiaries. Employees and contractors of that entity may use them for the entity’s internal purposes — including documenting, assessing, testing and remediating its own internal controls — and may adapt them for that use.

Books are licensed to the individual purchaser for that individual’s own use.

Advisory, consulting or audit firms that purchase a product may use it for their own internal reference, but may not use it, or material derived from it, in work delivered to their clients without a separate commercial licence from us.

No resale or redistribution

You may not sell, sublicense, share, publish, post publicly or otherwise distribute a product or any substantial part of it, whether in its original or an adapted form. You may not use a product to create a product, template library, training course or service offered to third parties.

No professional advice

Products are practitioner-built reference materials. They are not legal, accounting or audit advice and do not guarantee any audit outcome. Every control, risk, scoping, testing and severity judgment remains yours to make and to agree with your auditor.

Termination

If you breach this licence, it ends automatically and you must stop using and delete the product and any copies.
